To eliminate the bitterness, you may combine cranberry juice with apple juice. Vitamin C is very much essential to build strong immune system. The strong immune system helps in fighting with the bacteria and guards our body against infections. It promotes good health for our unborn child. During pregnancy, our immune system not only guards our health but also prevents the unborn child from infection. Thus, it is essential to have strong immune system. Cranberry Juice is very useful to build high resistance power. You may consume cranberry juice at least once in day to combat the infections.
In pregnancy, many women may feel weak and tired. Many of them also suffer from anemia, which makes pregnant women weak and worn out. They need to gain sufficient amount of energy to sustain healthily. Cranberry juice contains good amount of calories, dietary fiber, and photochemical nutrients which reduces the intensity of anemia.
