I am Benjamin Conway, and I am the pastor of Tree of Life Church, Dagenham; Tree of Life Church, Guildford and Tree of Life Church, Watford. Basically I love planting churches and I love our network of churches! We are a church that has ONE purpose: to inspire you to dream, to challenge you to live the dream. You can argue that is two purposes, but it is one purpose with two facets! We have a great presence on the internet, but my goal in this blog is to pen articles on a semi-regular basis for those in church leadership. Many have asked me how to plant a church, how to grow a church, how to successfully navigate the minefields that stop churches from growing and how to develop a healthy church with healthy systems. This blog will be part of the solution to those questions. It will be practical and spiritual, inspirational and challenging (I am never more challenging than when talking to other leaders!), and fun and serious. |
